I came here on a Saturday and was, after a 30 minute wait, assigned to Cheri. We were given five clips and told to walk around the store and put the clips on whichever dresses we liked. Cheri moved them all to the dressing room for us and had them waiting when we got there, which was nice. We were completely left alone while looking through the dresses, which was nice to me. The dresses are all on manequins so it's easy to see them - much better than having them all hanging on a salesrack so that you have to pull them out one by one! Don't expect to feel all that welcome here though, even with an appointment. The saleswomen, mine at least, act rushed and irritated when you don't make a decision very quickly. Also, you are not allowed to take pictures of the dresses which makes it very hard to compare later on...trust me, after going to three different stores, you start to forget exactly why you chose a certain dress as your favorite! Pictures are really helpful and I'm not sure why they don't allow it here. From what I saw, most dresses are in the $1000 range, so it's not terrible. I won't buy from here though, mostly because I felt rushed and talked ""down"" to.
Pros: most of the dresses are easy to see; you don't have to pull them out one by one
Cons: customer service, rushed atmosphere
