I was referred to Bride Beautiful by my close friend who ordered her wedding dress there. I had an equally positive experience. A very smooth experience makes for a very happy bride! My Casablanca gown arrived as promised and it was beautifully made. The right size was ordered and after alterations it fit me like a glove. It was perfect for dancing the night away. more

I shopped at several stores throughout the ATL area and ended up buying my dress from Bride Beautiful. I wish I had started there, so I would not have wasted weeks of my time at other stores that were either rude, dirty, or just did not have a good selection. The place can be a little crowded on weekends, but the sales people are really helpful and fun. I ended up making an appointment to come back in with my bridesmaids and we picked out their dress in about an hour. They have a lot of dresses to choose from and the prices were lower than what I expected. I def recommend this store and would suggest making an appointment. They say that they are not required, but I would make one anyway just to be safe. more

Finally picked up my dress the other day! The ladies were helpful and prompt in finding it to give me to try on. Unfortunately, I will have to get mine altered, since the smallest size they make is 2. However, again, they were helpful in recommending a bridal alteration place close by since they no longer do in-house alterations. more

Planning a wedding in 2 1/2 months is a challenge, but the most difficult part is getting the dress. Consultant Gail York was great in helping my daughter find a perfect dress in stock. Not only did it arrive in time, but the store had alterations come in early to have it ready in time for the wedding. She was indeed a bride beautiful! more

I went to Bridal by Lori first and this place was 110 times better! The dresses are reasonable priced, staff is great (I had Jennifer), and the dresses are hung on mannequins which makes seeing them much easier! The staff was not pushy at all and you can tell their opinions were real and not just trying to sell you a dress. Very laid back place and would recommend it to anyone! They have a big selection, lots on sale, and were very pleasant to work with.\r \r I would recommend this place to anyone and to request Jennifer as well! more

I just wanted to thank Bride Beautiful of Atlanta for your amazing customer service. I found the perfect dress. There was no pressure, they were very patient, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Big shout out to Jennifer Young. She made this experience so amazing for me! I will tell you I visited this place twice. I was a bit put off at first because it was so crazy busy inside. But it was also my first appointment ever. Jennifer was a wonderful consultant both times. She wanted to make sure I was provided with exactly what I was looking for. I fell in love with a gown and when I brought my mother back to look at the dress I loved - my mother caused some significant problems. It's not everyday you have the bride crying over her gown... in a bad way. My mother tore apart the gown verbally saying the fabric was awful, the design atrocious, and I looked fat with my arms hanging out. Every time I put the dress on I felt wonderful, pretty, and like a bride. My mother had me crying in the back of the store in front of the mirror wondering why I should even try gowns on. This was our 4th appointment and I just couldn't handle anymore negativity for the day.\r \r Jennifer and the owner were both superb in handling the situation, they tried their hardest to make my mother see that I loved the dress and went through the details with how it would be appropriately fitted to me.\r \r In the end I ended up getting the dress regardless if my mother was paying for it or not because I tried to maintain the feeling from the first time I put the dress on. I am telling you all this and I had won $1000 towards a gown at another store and I STILL went back to this dress. Jennifer was really kind and knew how my mother ruined the day for me, but she still did an amazing job at trying to salvage my feelings. They really really really used every ounce of their credibility! more

This store was awesome during my entire year of planning. My slaes consultant was very helpful and everytime I went in she or someone else was willing to help me. The store can be very busy on weekends; I had to wait around 20 minutes before someone was available to help me on my first visit. However, on all of my other visits I was helped almost immediately. In the mean time I looked through catalogs and at bridesmaids dresses. Like others have mentioned, the dresses are displayed on mannequins, so its much easier to shop. I have been to practically all the bridal stores in Atlanta and this store won my business by personable customer service, great selection, and the right price. All of the dresses I considered were priced around $1000, so the prices are great. I also ordered all of my bridesmids dresses here (20% off) and did alterations through the store. I picked my dress up 3 days before my wedding pressed and ready to go. It was so helpful to have a store that did it all so that I did not have to run hectic errands all over Atlanta the few days before my wedding.\r more

Bride Beautiful was BY FAR the best experience i had wedding gown shopping! I went to one bridal store in Statesboro and then i decided to go to Atlanta. It was the first store i went to while in Atlanta and tried on probably 10 gowns...i found the one i LOVED, but i had already told myself if i found the dress, i still needed to go to my other appointments to be safe. My consultant at Bride Beautiful totally understood that i needed to to at least go to my other appointments to be sure. She did not try to push my into buying right then, but gave me her business card and told me when she would be in that weekend. more

It was nice that while appointments are recommended, they are not required. We were able to walk in and were waited on in less than 10 minutes. We were waited on by a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady named Tekila Frazier. The gown selection was vast and their procedure very easy. My future sister-in-law went back the next day and purchased her dress. I highly recommend Bride Beautiful.\r more
