Efficient Technician 9/3/2016

We had water flooding our kitchen and Justin M was able to find and fix the leaks. He also called a restorative company to help dry out our home and worked with them to ensure we would be able to turn the water back on the same day. Justin was polite, explained everything he was doing, and assured me we could call Anderson if we were unhappy with anything he or the restorative company did. I appreciated his knowledge. more

Reggie D. review of service 8/23 & 8/24/16 8/25/2016

Had an issue with my hot water heater recirculation pump. Reggie did an excellent job, was courteous, polite, and very professional. We would clearly be comfortable having him provide service for us in the future. As a side note there was a minor issue with our hot water heater discovered after the pump was installed and Reggie took care of it. We have become VIP members of Anderson Plumbing and will continue to do so in the future. more

Air conditioner evaluation 8/12/2016

I was immediately impressed with CJ as he was very professional, courteous and friendly. CJ was extremely knowledgeable about cooling systems and really took the time to educate me as to what he was doing and why. He thoroughly inspected my air conditioning unit and the ducts up in the attic. He even took the time to remove some finger smudges on my ceiling that had been left by the last technician (from another company which I will not name)! In addition to CJ, I like the company's VIP maintenance program and the very professional folder of information that CJ left with me. I will definitely recommend CJ and Anderson Plumbing to friends. more

Air Conditioning Repair 7/22/2016 7/28/2016

Our AC went out last Friday at approximately 5:30 pm. We called nearly every one in town and were told by at least 3 companies we would not be able to get anyone before Monday. When Anderson's called us back a technician named Katie made my evening by saying she would be there but it would be around 9:30 as she had another call before us. She came actually a little earlier than expected and was so personable and efficient. She explained everything she did, told us information about servicing AC that we did not know; her knowledge and communication skills were impressive to say the least. She took great pride in her work and was so quick as well. I wish more people had the customer service skills and abilities that Katie has. The business world would be so better respected if there were more people like her to deal with. Donna and Charles Smith more

Another great experience 7/25/2016

Anderson went out of their way to provide me with information so I could make a decision without pressure. The technician even made some calls to have a weekend installation authorized so I wouldn't have to wait three weeks for my next day off. Courteous and friendly -- you can't say that about a lot of contractors you meet. more

Air Conditioning Not working 6/22/2016

I called Anderson on the first day of summer this year. Going to be the hottest day ever in Escondido and most of San Diego County. I left a message for Vito and he called me right back. There was a window between 10:00 and 2:00. Then he updated me with a 3:00 - 7:00 window of availability. I said "even though I'm a VIP and a Senior Citizen?" Yes, he said. They were taking VIPs all day and rescheduling all of the other maintenance calls. Brian called me at 2:45 and said he was on his way to my house. I left work and met him there. He had already begun to test my system. Turns out I had NO Freon in my unit AND had the fan set to "on" instead of "auto". Problem solved!! He was super polite, neat and helpful. He did mention that my unit was old, but no pressure to buy anything new. The money I paid will be deducted from any purchase I make of a new system. Always a pleasure to work with Anderson more

Water Pressure Issue 6/9/2016

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable and had the issue fixed in no time. Not sure why the original tankless water heater plumber didn't realize the over pressure situation, but Anderson picked up on it immediately and remedied the problem. more

sink and faucet install 6/8/2016

Reggie came and installed our new bar sink and faucet as well as remove the old sink in the kitchen and replace it with a new sink and faucet. Both sinks and faucets were supplied by us. Reggie is an excellent technician and was very neat and professional. The only problem that I had was with the price of the job. Very unexpected high price. Reggie did all he could to lower the price but it was triple what I thought was fair for a 3 hour job. The cost was originally $1600 but was lowered to $1200 after some negotiating. I will not be calling them in the future because of the high prices they charge. more

Service fine - Survey a pain 5/14/2016

We had a simple job. The service and interaction with the office were great. BUT they ask for a review and if you try to ignore them you get continuous reminders. That makes me think of another plumber. more
