Justin arrived on time if not a little early. He quoted a price and we had sveral back and forths with his office. He offered several addons which I declined. He accepted my decline gracefully. We settled on a price and service to be installed the next day. He handled the negotiation with his home office very much to my satisfaction. Arrived the next day, again, on time and got right to work. Did the job in the time he stated and did an excellent cleanup. The job cost was not "lo-ball", but reasonable for what was done. (I had lower bids from Home Depot, but had had a very bad experience on a job they had quoted at the lowest price.) I would use Anderson again and would certainly request Justin for the job. Good: On time, respectful of my home and personal belongings, offered multiple solutions and let me decide what was best for me. Cleaned up left my sink cleaner then when they started. Improvements: I think they should have told me more about air conditioning services and asked me if I needed any work on it. After he left I realized I should have had him check my AC for the summer. Other: Would highly recommend. They are extremely efficient and organized from the minute they answer the phone to the follow up calls. more

I've tried other plumbing companies in the past because they promised to be the low cost guys. I got what I paid for. My neighbor had had a leak and Anderson did the repipe and they had nothing but good things to say. When I had a leak, I decided to call them and see what they had to offer. I was impressed with the lady who came out to provide an estimate. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my scheduling challenges with the kids. The other guy who came out to give me an estimate tried to push me into doing it on his schedule and offered discounts that seemed phony and used pressure tactics I didn't like. I chose Anderson and I'm thrilled with my decision. They'll certainly be my plumber from here on out. more
