Great job!! 3/16/2016

I called & Lisa was very helpful in setting up the appt!! Reggie came out at appointed time and provided great service. Fixed the problem, made great suggestions and he took care of a potential problem!! He was very nice, clean, great at explaining when I had questions. I used another company twice in the past (BH), and was upset they "didn't have the right part on the truck" despite me explaining in detail what the problem was. I was extremely pleased with Anderson & will use them and recommend them again!!! more

Miguel has come to our house twice to use a camera in the drains and diagnose the problem as well as make recommendations on what to do. He was very professional both times, but this time in particular he was especially caring about having to recommend more repair work when I am still paying for the first repair. He offered a discount if we were willing to allow a nearby crew to come over the next day to get to the root (literally) of the problem, then get the repair work done. The job was so well and respectfully done that we had to look twice to find evidence that anything had been done. Miguel was professional, kind and compassionate and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise. more

Broken Water Heater 1/10/2016

James P. did a great job replacing the water heater when it burst on New Years Day. Not only did he come out on a holiday for the emergency, but he worked in the pouring rain installing the new water heater. He also coordinated the flood damage repair teams. He also found & fixed a potentially dangerous leak of carbon monoxide. He's a true hero! more

brent the service tech. was most pleasant to work with. he explained everything that needed to be done the cost and about how long it would take. his attitude was great and we had no problem talking to him and getting him to answer our questions. he then fixed the problem with a minimum of damage to he walls where the leak my wife and I are very satisfied with Brent and with Anderson plumbing. will use them for all my plumbing and heating needs. Brent is also a good salesman. thank you so much. more

Repair of water leak & Re-pipe 12/15/2015

Just before Thanksgiving, I noticed a water stain on the ceiling of a guest bedroom. I knew we had poly water lines in our attic and figured I need t Anderson Plumbing, because they had done some of my neighbors plumbing and were happy with them. Bob Kent showed up after the dry wall had been removed and the wet area dried. He repaired the leak right away and on Monday returned to do the re-pipe. This is a big deal but the whole process was made so much nicer by having a team that worked with me, keeping me informed all the way. Every evening, when they left, you can't believe how neat they left all their tools and equipment! They also mad sure I had hot & cold water available. The restoration after the pluming work was handled just as professionally by Enrique and his team. They matched the paint so well you can't tell anything was done. I am SO impressed with this team of professionals. I would recommend them to anyone and will surely call them if I have to (but I hope I don't).. more

A Report of Billy E. and his trainer 11/24/2015

Billy is very personable and polite. He checked the heater in the attic and the condenser outside.There was a part not working good in the condenser and they had it with them. There was no waiting for them to go get it and bring it back.He also checked the thermostat Billy is very thorough in his work. .His trainer over-looked his work and it seemed like she didn't have to help him too much in his work; he did need help with the paper work. The VIP package that I have allows me to receive the part for the condenser at no cost; I also used the $50 gift card from Valentine's day. These are not your typical write-ins.I was very satisfied with the job he and his trainer did. Thank you..... more

Area Drain Cleaning 9/16/2015

I called Anderson Plumbing after searching for a plumber who takes care of outside area drains. The tech, Larry, was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the fees and next steps. He spent a great deal of time trying to fix the problem with a snake. He unclogged the drain but explained more work will be needed and offered a free camera inspection to determine more. Larry went above and beyond by spending time and effort to get the roots out of the pipe as best he could. I was very happy with the service I received. more
