The problem on May 21 when the water wouldn't drain from my shower. After attempting to clear the problem myself, I called Anderson and was told a representative would be out that afternoon. Ryan was the technician who attempted to clear the line, but discovered I had a broken pipe within the wall between the bathrooms. Miguel came the following morning with the camera and confirmed the break location. The work was started to replace the existing pipes on Tuesday, May 27 by Matt. The work included jack hammering half of the floor in the hall bath, digging approximately a four foot deep hole, replacement of piping in both bathrooms, hydroing and lining the main line by Brian, using the camera to inspect the line and replacing the dirt and concrete floor. Work was completed on Monday, June 2. I want to express my appreciation to all of the different personnel who worked diligently to complete the task. They were all very professional, courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make me happy!!
