James P. did a great job replacing the water heater when it burst on New Years Day. Not only did he come out on a holiday for the emergency, but he worked in the pouring rain installing the new water heater. He also coordinated the flood damage repair teams. He also found & fixed a potentially dangerous leak of carbon monoxide.
He's a true hero!
