I was immediately impressed with CJ as he was very professional, courteous and friendly. CJ was extremely knowledgeable about cooling systems and really took the time to educate me as to what he was doing and why. He thoroughly inspected my air conditioning unit and the ducts up in the attic. He even took the time to remove some finger smudges on my ceiling that had been left by the last technician (from another company which I will not name)! In addition to CJ, I like the company's VIP maintenance program and the very professional folder of information that CJ left with me. I will definitely recommend CJ and Anderson Plumbing to friends.
