We had water flooding our kitchen and Justin M was able to find and fix the leaks. He also called a restorative company to help dry out our home and worked with them to ensure we would be able to turn the water back on the same day. Justin was polite, explained everything he was doing, and assured me we could call Anderson if we were unhappy with anything he or the restorative company did. I appreciated his knowledge.
