Great service and alingment done in a timely manner. Also, the technician notice that my check engine light was on so he pulled the codes for me so I knew what was going on. more

Bad Battery oops flat tire 8/2/2011

I thought I had a bad battery called up they said come down. tested battery determined I needed new one put it in works like a charm. and they discovered my tire looked a little low so checked it found a nail and repaired the tire. great job more

Unsatisfied customers shouting 7/31/2011

My first and not a good sight. There were 3 customers shouting as they were not happy with the service. This does not present a good customer service image. I was there for an oil change although the front desk people were nice but I was watching this mechanic changing oil, he was on the phone while all the time he was working on my car, do I need to be concerned about the possible service? yes of course. I have to think twice before I go back. Talking to other colleagues, nobody has even a single good word to say about this center more

Great personal service. 7/23/2011

Have been going to AAA Car Care Center on Chapel Hill Road for the past four years. They service both of our cars. It's the most confident I have ever been with a car service company in the past 40 years. The people are great....I get the feeling that they really are concerned....the prices for major services have been hundreds of dollars below the dealer...and I never feel like they're trying to rip me off. I believe they try to deal with me in a very honest manner. more

I get a high level of knowledge and professionalism when dealing with your crew,especially Sean and Shamus. They are through,efficient,and detail oriented. Excellent Customer Service 7/6/2011

I called ahead to talk to a AAA Associate about the trouble I was having with my AC. He gave me his best guess as to what the problem could be and told me they had time for me to come in (I called around 3pm). Not only did the AAA Associate talk to me about every step in the process, his time estimates were spot on which I appreciate more than I can say. I was very impressed with my first visit to AAA! more

Good Comeback 6/24/2011

Went for oil change and brake light out. Initially failed to repair brake light as requested, but upon returning for AC problem, topped of freon and repaired light--at no additional charge! The right thing to do. more
