Excellent customer service 9/7/2011

Have been going to AAA Car Care Center in Morrisville for the past 3 years for service on our two vehicles. Have a high level of confidence based on past experiences. I trust them. In situations where we felt a "quote" was necessary for a major repair, AAA saved us a lot of money. Service is always courteous and I never feel like they"re trying to do work I don't need. more

It was OK 9/4/2011

There is nothing exciting to write about an oil change. As always, the staff was polite. Same about the shuttle driver. I only wish it was done faster - I was told it will take 2 hours because of the backlog, however, nobody called me after 2 hours - I called after 4 hours and was told it was ready. They also forgot to call me when the shuttle left to pick me up. more

Didn't give me the price they told me on the phone... 9/1/2011

I had called ahead to get what the member discount is for wheel alignment. The service rep said it's $69.95 is the regular price and I will get 10% discount which will bring the total to $62.95. But after the service they billed me $69.95. It appears that the service rep who gave the price and the service rep who billed me don't get along very well. I didn't have time to argue and I left after paying the bill. more

Wait time too long 8/29/2011

Immediate check in and nice waiting area was noticed. Prompt registration of vehicle and requested work to be done. Advised wait time of 30 to 45 minutes, only noticed few customers in the waiting area. Wait time ended up being over an hour, not what I had expected when seeing numerous technicians in the bays. There may have been circumstances which resulted in the longer wait, but no customers were leaving. more

Short Notice Oil Change 8/25/2011

I called the AAA Car Care Center near my home as I drove home from work and asked if it was possible to get an oil change for my vehicle that afternoon. To my surprise, Danny, the service team member, remembered what car I drove and told me to bring in my SUV and he would ensure I got the oil changed. I was so pleased with the customer service Danny showed. I had only brought my SUV there once before, but Danny remembered who I was and what I drove! That told me that I was important as a AAA member and customer! And, when I arrived a few minutes later, Danny got my SUV in for the oil change and back to me in a short period of time - even though the Car Care Center was very busy! Thank you, Danny! Your customer service will keep me coming back as a loyal AAA customer! more

'Oild Change' 8/21/2011

Overall the experience was O.K. However, I had an appointment for my oil change. The entire process took almost 1 1/2 hour. I felt that was too long for someone with an appointment. If I had no appointment. I would be fine with that long of a wait. But there are numerous auto service outfits that do quick oil changes. more
