I had called ahead to get what the member discount is for wheel alignment. The service rep said it's $69.95 is the regular price and I will get 10% discount which will bring the total to $62.95. But after the service they billed me $69.95. It appears that the service rep who gave the price and the service rep who billed me don't get along very well. I didn't have time to argue and I left after paying the bill.
