Tire repair left me flat 10/10/2011

Had to make an appointment, to get a tire that had a slow leak, repaired. They wouldn't work on the tire without an appointment. That is nuts. Took the vehicle in, on time, and wasted 40 minutes of time. Charged $25.00 for repair. A complete rip-off and waste of time. more

So awesome! 10/10/2011

Aside from the $1100 quote that cost me $30 and 20 minutes to fix myself....and the fact that my lug nuts were put back on so tightly that I broke a Kobalt socket wrench getting them off, MY EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC. more

New battery installation 10/5/2011

They were able to provide me information alright, but they took lot longer than they specified. I had to wait almost couple of hours for replacing a new battery, which normally takes around 15-20 minutes. more

Extremely unhappy! 10/4/2011

Would not return!Charged us money to find out what was wrong, then called and said we can't figure it out so we have to charge you $47.00 more, and still could not tell us what was wrong and my husband paid. Good thing it was him and not me, I would not have paid only for you to say we can't figure it out!! So disappointed! more

Price changes 10/3/2011

I have been a loyal customer for years. In the past if I brought a coupon and it was expired, the price would be honored because I was a AAA member and long time customer. Last week I brought in a coupon that just expired, and was charged $29.96 as a result. I got an email the next day with a coupon for a $19.95 oil change. $10 may not seem like a lot, but it shows how little my loyalty is valued. more

Excellent and Fast Service! Knowledgeable Staff! 10/2/2011

The staff was excellent. Kind and knowledgeable. They were also very fast! They didn't try to push services I didn't need. I felt like they were being honest with me about what I truly needed. The only downside was the price seemed kind of steep. more

Not what I expected from AAA 9/28/2011

I took my car to get it's state inspection and figured I could trust AAA because I've been a member for almost a decade. The customer service at the front desk was luke warm at best - one representative rolled his eyes when I asked for more details on the NC state inspection. It took probably 15 minutes start to finish to set up my inspection when it could have easily taken 5, considering there was no one in line in front of us. We asked the representative to call us when they finished my car, which they said would take about 45 minutes. He agreed, wrote himself a note and took down my number. This didn't happen. It took me calling them, and then a five minute conversation during which I was put on hold TWICE to find out if my car was finish, and what do you know? It had been finished for ten minutes or so. Keep in mind, this was a Monday afternoon and they weren't busy. I was not at all impressed and we will NOT be going back to this AAA again. more

Know the prices 9/24/2011

I was quoted a price, but when I asked for a lower price, they immediately agreed. So lesson learnt is each time ask for a lower price. But then does it mean they give a lower grade part! more

The Morrisville location is always fast, prompt, courteous and through. The Avent Ferry location is always very slow and you don't get GREAT service everytime. Its strange how you can have two completely different experiences with the same company. more

Best experience EVER! 9/21/2011

went in for a routine oil change and a couple of minor things. Greeted by "Andrew". While awaiting the work, I could hear all of the agents speaking to each other and talking to customers coming in and it was on such a professional level. A great deal of respect and politeness. I'm so impressed with all the awesome folks there. I recommend it highly!!! more

Beware this place 9/12/2011

This shop gives AAA a bad name. I was excited when I found them, close to my home, and wanted them to be my shop of choice. They have found a number of "expensive" problems that were not problems. I have an automotive background and find their behavior disgusting. Even if you do use them, they are expensive. Their quote for 2 major repairs were higher than Hendrick's Chevrolet. I think that puts things in perspective. more

Extremely Efficient Service 9/12/2011

I brought my SUV to AAA car care service to complete the state inspection. I was going to leave the vehicle and comeback in the evening to pick it up. I went to the nearby shopping center and while I was waiting for my ride home I got a call (it couldn't have been more than 20 minutes) from the service rep that my vehicle is ready for pick up. Wow! Saved me another trip and not to mention gas/money savings. Thanks AAA! more
