Tire pressure 6/14/2011

As part of oil change, tire pressures also need to be checked. Three of my tires were 4 psi overpressurized and one was 10 psi below the recommended value. more

I love the AAA location in Morrisville!!! My friend takes her car to the Avent Ferry location and they take ALL DAY to do an oil change and they are NOT POLITE. The Morrisville shop is always POLITE, COURTEOUS and FAST! :) interesting that there is such a distinction between the locations even though its the same company..... more

An Extremely Satisfied Regular Customer 6/8/2011

I have brought my 20-year old 130K+ mile car to AAA Car Care in Cary for several years. I'm very pleased will all aspects of their service: the description and estimates of the work needed, the quality of work done, and the courtesy of the employees. The convenience of their free shuttle service is a plus. I highly recommend AAA Car Care in Cary. more

Great work, not the price 5/24/2011

Brakes repaired under warranty from previous AAA install - no issues. Unfortunately, compensated by overcharging on other services. When I called 'anonymously' to find out how much they charge for said service, I got a much lower quote -- without coupons or discounts. more

generally good, but confused with price 5/17/2011

the experience is generally good, but what confused me is, each time i receive different price for oil change on the same car (totota, sienna). The coupons I used had 4 dollar difference time to time, but eventually I paid varies from $24 to $36 more

Oil Chnage 5/17/2011

I dropped off my car to get an oil change & the service was excellent as I expected. The only issue that I experienced wasn't actually WITH the service center. I called to find out if the car was done so that the shuttle could pick me up and wound up being bounced around due to some weird phone thing?? I finally reached a travel assistant who informed me that " There is no MORRISVILLE, NC. It doesn't exist??" REALLY wow?!? Other than that I will continue to take make car to AAA MORRISVILLE ! more

I always go here for my oil changes. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service is fast and top quality. I have been getting oil changes here for ~5 years. Never have a problem. They use quality filters and AAA usually has good coupons on their website. more

Rip off! Go to the Kildaire Farm location instead 3/23/2011

I went in to get my brakes checked since I heard some squeaking. They ended up giving me a quote for $1630! This included front brake pads, rear brake pads and rotors, and $679 to replace the front control arms because they said my front wheel was jumping back when the car started. They warned me repeatedly that I shouldn't be driving the car - the rear brakes were so bad and the control arm was moving so much that something could dislodge while I was driving. They told me I should have the car towed or get a ride. I got the distinct impression that they were trying to scare me into getting unnecessary work done. I walked out in shock. I drove the car for two more days and took it to the other AAA Car Care center location on Kildaire Farm in Cary. They told me all I need to do is replace the rear pads and rotors - $349 - and never mentioned the control arm problem or tried to scare me into not driving the car! I trust the Kildaire Farm location a LOT more. $349 compared to $1630!!! more

Do not take your car here to get fixed! 1/18/2011

I will not even give them one star.. Was told needed a 750 dollar fix and they did not even diagnose the problem. If you are going to request something that needs fixed how about cleaning off the engine to know were a potential leak is coming from. I only went in for an oil change. I think they need to inflate their numbers to compete with the other AAA sites. AAA is good but don't go get a repair at one of their repair shops. Not unless you like getting screwed out of your hard earned money. I guess they thought they were talking to someone that knew nothing about cars. Just a warning to all Cary residents. more
