Unlike other doctors, Dr. Kratzer and his staff are willing to spend an hour with you if you need the time. You will never feel like they are trying to rush you out the door. They are knowledgable, respectful, and compassionate. \r

But most important of all, they accurately see the health of the child and parent as being interconnected. As a result, they give the parent as much support as they do the child -- such as providing unlimited help with breast feeding, which is a huge plus, especially in view of the predicted severity of this year's flu season (moms who breastfeed pass along their antibodies to their babies)!\r

My baby and I are now thriving thanks to the caring attention of Dr. Kratzer, Mary Graves, Debra, and all the rest of Dr. Kratzer's wonderful staff!\r
