Dr. Carstensen and his staff are awesome! They think of everything, from lip balm for your lips, to whether or not your comfortable lying all the way back, to numbing your gums for a cleaning. Their Bellevue office is clean, bright and the front desk personnel are friendly and professional. I also love the fact that I never have to wait for more than 2 minutes. I actually enjoy my dental visits with Dr. Carstensen, which is extremely unusual for me.
