Last week I called this office because of a bad case of poison ivy, First I called my doctor but they were too busy to see me. At first I was told I could not be seen for a month.But I guess it pays to be nice to people on the phone because when I told the receptionist, Lorraine my story she found a cancellation for me and I was seen by a nice female doctor who cleared my itch in 2 days!!!
