This Duke hangout seems to always be crowded. I have frequented this establishment several different days of the week and there was always a crowd. I find myself smelling like a chimney when I get home, so if you are smoke-weary I cannot recommend Devines to you. However until North Carolina gets a no-smoking law put in place for restaurants and bars, most other sports bars are the same.
