I had a groupon coupon for an oil change. I bumped into a neighbor at the coffee shop where I was waiting for my car. My neighbor said frequents Exxon station for his needs and is very satisfied. The mechanic called when car was ready. Professional service with smiles from employees (from lady at counter to mechanics that caught my eye).
