Please accept my appreciation for a job well done by your technician Travis. He installed a new monitor and checked the computer for any problems as he explained each task completed to be certain that I understood how to operate various functions. Also as the speakers from the old monitor could not be used he pulled up the ""Best Buy"" website that carried a compatible ""head set"" which would solve the audio problem. I purchased the head set today and it functions perfectly. Travis provided EXCELLENT service.\r
