The Individuals who have shared criticisms about the Tumwater Family Practice Clinic appear to have had limited experience with the clinic.
I am a 42 year resident of Thurston County WA, and a 31 year resident of Tumwater. Every member of my family (5 children, now grown, my spouse, and myself) have been patients of this clinic, and it's varied physicians and assistants, since the day it opened. Remarkably my family has managed to receive excellent health care and advice over the years, and have had only to deal with minor delays with appointments, and occasional delays in feedback to the pharmacy regarding prescriptions.
Tumwater is extremely lucky to have a primary care clinic of this caliber. I travel all across the Western half of the United States, and have visited towns twice the size of Tumwater, with little or no options for primary care, outside of a 45+ minute drive to the next town, or emergency room.
