I have never visited a hypnotherapist or even really thought about it until I saw Kelli. In the past year I have dealt with stress and perfectionist issues, some depression, fears and anxiety. I have tried medications, traditional therapy, books, etc. all of which have helped somewhat, but not to any great extent on actually changing things. Pretty minor help that requires a long period of time to have much effect.
