We head to Dalat about twice a month. The owner is extremely nice and has great suggestions for things to try on the menu. Everything is fresh fresh fresh, and I've never had better pho anywhere (and I've eaten a LOT of pho). The fresh spring rolls are perfect, and the mongolian beef is delicious. The best part? Everything is VERY reasonably priced.
