been coming to WC Ford for service since 1993. Very professional.

Worst

On Sept 18th, I need a spare set of Keys, MAXINE TAYLOR quotes me $60, TWO HOURS later, I get my car back and the invoice #639491 for $320.20 !!!

Excellent Service 1/30/2014

I just moved to the area and am so glad my first visit to the Walnut Creek Ford Service Department was a pleasant experience. Both the service advisor and lot porter were extremely professional and friendly. My oil change was quoted to take 1 hour to 1.5 hours, and they got it done in 45minutes! more
