been coming to WC Ford for service since 1993. Very professional.

Worst

On Sept 18th, I need a spare set of Keys, MAXINE TAYLOR quotes me $60, TWO HOURS later, I get my car back and the invoice #639491 for $320.20 !!!

Friendly neighborhood dealership. 2/11/2014

I changed the rear end gears in my 2012 Mustang to a non-standard ratio and needed the car's computer to be readjusted to read road speed properly. Tim, the service manager, was very accommodating. I appreciate that they all took a personal interest in helping me. more

I originally purchased by 2013 Ford Fiesta at another unnamed dealership, but due to the bad reputation and reviews of their service dept, also convenience issues, I decided to give Walnut Creek Ford a try and I am glad I did. I was treated with extreme courtesy and by name when I came to pick up the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership for your Ford servicing needs. more

Oil change and planned maintenance 2/7/2014

Had my scheduled oil change and maintenance. Asked about an issue with sync and my iPhone which has been troubling. Report came back couldn't verify issue. Never got an explanation and it made me feel like I was making the issue up. more
