been coming to WC Ford for service since 1993. Very professional.

Worst

On Sept 18th, I need a spare set of Keys, MAXINE TAYLOR quotes me $60, TWO HOURS later, I get my car back and the invoice #639491 for $320.20 !!!

The employees are corteous and in time.. 3/10/2014

The place has a waiting area wherein you can still do your things that u need to do at those hrs that your waiting..have access to internet and starbucks coffee.. more

Issues with 2014 Fusion stalling in intersection took multilpe visits until finally fixed. Not certain I can trust a Ford now. GM was less than supportive when contacted..handed me off to Scott to present std line of no return , quoted the CA lemon law..i was ready to create a commercialon choices i had before Ford Fusion more
