been coming to WC Ford for service since 1993. Very professional.

Worst

On Sept 18th, I need a spare set of Keys, MAXINE TAYLOR quotes me $60, TWO HOURS later, I get my car back and the invoice #639491 for $320.20 !!!

easy appointments, quick in-and-out service 2/18/2014

I've been a couple times for oil changes and regular service to my car. I'm always out within the hour, even on busy saturdays, and Target is conveniently across the street, so I'm fine with the wait! more

Yes, I would highly recommend Walnut Creek Ford to all my family and friends ! I would also highly recommend the very friendly sales person "Ruth" that help me with finding the vehicle for my business. I would also mention that the finance Manager Martin. was also very friendly and made the purchase process very easy to understand the cost savings for having the extended maintenance warranty. I am very satisfied with this new E150 Cargo VAN. Thank you Walnut Creek Ford !!! more

I always get excellent service at Walnut Creek Ford, that's why I keep coming back. I live on the other side of the Caldecott and sometimes it isn't convenient for me to come to WCR but I do it anyway because of the service at this dealership. (It's also where I purchased my vehicle). more
