been coming to WC Ford for service since 1993. Very professional.

Worst

On Sept 18th, I need a spare set of Keys, MAXINE TAYLOR quotes me $60, TWO HOURS later, I get my car back and the invoice #639491 for $320.20 !!!

Friendly and responsive service 1/9/2014

I am pleased with the service, but not with the car. I have a 2013 C-Max and have been in for battery problems 3 times and chassis rattle (clunking) 1 time and the noise is back. I do not believe this car was ready for prime time. When you buy a new car you expect it to be trouble-free for at least two years (my Avalon has 160,000 miles trouble-free - no parts replaced other than brakes and tires). If you want a Ford, I would definitely recommend Walnut Creek Ford. Not sure I will buy another Ford, though. more

I came in with pretty good knowledge, but some lingering questions. Ruth Brown (and "Team Walnut Creek Ford") answered every question I had, gave me plenty of opportunity to get comfortable with my car purchase decision - and could not have been more responsive. All in all, a great customer experience. more

Identified and corrected the issue but was surprised that the failed battery was not identified the week earlier as the vehicle was in for service( oil change and system checks) more

Whenever I go in to Walnut Creek Ford for whatever reason, they treat you as if they truly care about you and work to the best of their ability to resolve your issue ASAP the first time, and they follow up with you later to be sure all is still okay. These guys (and gals) are great! more
