I just moved to the area and am so glad my first visit to the Walnut Creek Ford Service Department was a pleasant experience. Both the service advisor and lot porter were extremely professional and friendly. My oil change was quoted to take 1 hour to 1.5 hours, and they got it done in 45minutes!
