Best Service Ever! 1/9/2014

How nice is it to have an oil change and come back to a nice clean car? I love University Audi and have always had my VW and Audi serviced there. They always manage to exceed my expectations. Can not say enough good things, but I can say I will probably always have an Audi or VW because of them! more

Fair, honest, helpful 12/26/2013

I have not had a better car buying experience than my recent visit to University Audi. My salesman, Ben, was truly helpful, informative, and fair. I never felt pressured, and in fact was offered an extended test drive to be sure the car was the right one for me. We came to an agreement on extremely fair price for the car. I wish all my dealings with car dealers had been so positive. more

Fantastic Experience 12/24/2013

I went to several dealerships in the area, including Barrier Audi and University Audi was the only place that made me feel comfortable, and gave me very little pressure to buy. I was helped by Donald, who was very amiable, knew the answers to all my questions and listened to what I want- and most of all, GAVE me what I wanted. I ended up wanting a custom ordered car, and he gave me a fantastic car. Didn't pressure me for upgrades. He kept in contact with me with updates on the progress, and when the car came in took the time to show me all the features. The manager didn't force any upgrades on me at all, the entire transaction was quick and pleasant. University Audi is currently upgrading their premise, so the entire place should look amazing. This is the only dealership that hasn't tried to bully me or force me to purchase a car I didn't want, and if I somehow have more money to get a second one, I'll definitely be going back to check out their A4's! more

Very knowledgable young salesman who was on loan from VW helped us make a decision and Adam came on to help finalize the sale. All-in-all a very smooth experience given how busy a day it was. They all worked hard to make the right deal and were never pushy or impatient. Strong follow-up as well! more

Over the top customer service 12/21/2013

I came in because my key battery was saying it was low. The service department said just stop by so I did. John at the service desk not only fixed my key but also asked if I wanted my car washed too. I was speechless other than to say " I love you guys, you are great". Audi is a great car but the service and attention to details at University Audi makes it the only place I will ever go. Thank you so much more
