Great customer service! 2/22/2014

I called with a question and my service rep helped me right away and got me into the shop quickly. The valet runs out to meet you at your car. They offer you coffee or snacks. My service rep remembers my name whenever I come in and he's always friendly. They run a great business! more

Have taken my car in now three times for servicing, and have been delighted each time. I've been taken care of by different reps, and got the same distinctive service. And, they have great coffee and snacks to boot- it doesn't get better! more

I had a great experience after being rear-ended in my A3. I came in, dropped off the car, was given a ride to work, and picked it up, repaired and clean, a couple days later. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make the experience as convenient as possible. They even made it easy for the person who hit me to pay using her credit card; so I didn't have to pay anything or file an insurance claim. more
