Complete work with patient explanation 1/29/2014

Performed work on both cars in one day. Warranty work on new car replaced perfectly a defective piece of interior trim. Second car's problem involved a lack of operator understanding of the function. All systems were checked and explained with no additional charge. Very professional service. more

I had the loudest Audi brakes on the planet, and I mean unusually loud - however they were out of warranty (over 12,000mi). University Audi recognized the unusual circumstances and replaced the brakes, going out of their way to remedy the problem. Much appreciated and why I always return to University. more

They fixed a dent in my rocker panel in one day, perfectly. They loaned me a car while my was being worked on. My car looks perfect. It was spotless and ready before they promised. I love this dealership! more
