After a not so great maintenance visit, University Audi really stepped up to the plate. They asked what went wrong, addressed the issues and encouraged more feedback if I had any. They also offered to take care of the costs of an interior cleaning, which I gladly accepted. The handoff was still not great (woman who took care of me did not know what was going on with the car, and mirrors were different from when I left the car, but other things were left the same - unlike my first experience.
