Great Service! 12/11/2013

This was my 1st service at University Audi. Having been a Barrier Audi customer for 8 yrs - I was hesitant to change. Had I known my Service Advisor Graham Campbell is now at University - I would have made the change sooner! Service was great! Shuttle service was great! And, having Graham there made my transition to University seamless. more

This place gets busy, but they always manage to provide great service. The coffee and pastries are a plus. Shuttle service to downtown is convenient as well. more

Efficiency and service. 12/5/2013

I love that they are always so thorough with my car. If there is something going on, they heck it ou and let me know. They're conscious of my budget and have helped me prioritize service items that need to be done when I haven't had $3000 to shell out immediately. Joe is an awesome advisor and is genuine and kind. I pay more to come to the UW Audi because I know they stad behind what they do and will make sure everything is right. It's worth it! more
