The service team just go above and beyond time after time... my car needed some attention and the fitted me in even though the schedule was full and I had it back the same day.... Great customer service, they even opened early to accommodate my needs... Great work guys you deserve 6 stars. more

Dumb Owner Kindly Treated 10/11/2013

The University Audi service team proved efficient, swift, and courteous--just as I've come top expect. Although the cause of my Audi's yellow "check engine" light turned out to be rather silly (a missing gas cap), the Service folks kindly resisted the temptation to chuckle out loud. And they even gave my car a wash. more

My car was in for annual maintenance. There was no wait when I dropped it off and picked up the loaner. The car was ready at the time they said it would be and price was right in line with what was quoted. more
