Great Service 11/15/2013

I had a great experience at this place. The staff was quick and took care of me right away. Even though there were few cars ahead of me the wait wasn't too long without an appointment. They have a waiting area with refreshments and TV. They gave me a ride to and from the shopping complex in the area. more

Friendly, efficient, and the service is always completed in less time than anticipated! I traded in my Japanese model because my service experiences were so horrid! Glad I switched to Audi, and especially glad I switched to University Audi! more

The guys are the counter are respectful to women in that they speak to me not as if I were an airhead female but as the owner of the car. In addition they never try to sales pitch more work than is called for on the car. more

The team at University allowed me to bring a buyer for my used car and run it through as though I traded it in(saved significant $ on sales tax.) they had everything ready to go. the transaction couldn't have gone soother. the accommodation and friendliness at university is why this is our 6th car purchase, with another one pending, from university. more
