I have driven an Audi - off and on - since high school. However, I have had mixed reviews for University Audi - Seattle in the past, as there was either poor execution on the service & maintenance or not covering broken parts which I felt were under warranty. Relative to the past I will say my customer service and feeling like University Audi was looking after my best interests was vastly improved from my last trip. Little things, like topping off the oil for no charge, or recommending NOT to fix something minor that they thought could wait another 6-12 months. I don't know if this relates to their build out, a customer service retraining or just a fluke, but this is a much different (and much better) experience than I had in the past.
