A good service department. 4/4/2014

Misdiagnosed the problem (air bag light) replaced the wrong part. Good news , no charge to fix on the second try, but had to bring if bck within a few days , which was a pain. more

University Audi provided me with excellent service. However, I do not appreciate the "post service" pestering by email, especially by the manufacturer. Their Survey was lengthy, self-serving, and a waste of the customers time. more

Wouldn't trust my car to anyone else... 3/20/2014

I really am a big fan of the entire Audi Staff at the University Audi. If my car were a person, and the fluid in question was alcohol and not oil, my car would be called a problem drinker. I have been in 3 or 4 times and have been topped off and monitored. The last time, I was told to bring the car in as it was under warranty for just a bit longer. I did, it was checked thoroughly and serviced. We're now monitoring it for 600 miles to see if the problem is fixed or more work is needed. more

Body Work 3/20/2014

University Audi performed a few repairs to the 5th door on my 2013 allroad. They kept me in the loop the whole time, along with any issues that arose, all while i was in Japan. Working to notify me during the differing time zones. It was much appreciated, seeing the extra mile taken more

Recent visit 3/17/2014

As usual all was coordinated, efficient, staff was cordial and work was done well and updates on brake use age very useful. Derek is always so professional and welcoming and when he is not there John is the same. Like the service and the thoughtfulness from the staff and so will always take my car to U Audi. more
