It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

They try hard to please not like Delray Hyundai 10/18/2014

I have purchased two Hyundai's since 2011.We don't drive much during the year on either vehicle. When I first shopped I had a terrible experience at Napleton Hyundai.It reminded me of why consumers don't trust car dealers. i did not have that type of experience when I bought both of my vehicles from Coconut Creek. They were more professional and tried to keep me comfortable during what is usually a frustrating experience. more

Great service. Friendly staff. Work done correctly 10/18/2014

I've been going there for 6 years and they haven't let me down yet. One time I broke down on a Saturday and they towed the car and fixed it in about 2 hours. Amazing! more

First oil Service and waxing of vehicle 10/11/2014

I'm new with Coconut Creek Hyundiai and the service department, so I will give it time to see how well my services go there. Very, very busy and I felt I was lost in the shuffle my first time, with waiting and not knowing my vehicle was finished, having to ask someone other than the service writer I was given who seemed to disappear. Finally, I was told my vehicle was completed and was sitting there, unknown to me. I'm looking forward to a more positive visit in the future. more

Skip the wash 10/11/2014

I learned that the car wash adds over an hour to your service visit. The recall took about 45 minutes and the wash would add about 1 hour to the job. I skipped the wash. more

I took my car to get serviced. I met a sales rep who told me he could get a better deal. I got talked into getting the car but when I got to the finance department it was a different story. I signed the papers. Then a week later I got a call sayingi need to resign paperwork and my payments will still have to go up. Getting a hold of my sales rep was hard, and when I did, he was very rude. I had to call the finance woman to get what the sales rep had promised me. And the men that helped me get what was promised was better then the sales rep I had. Go somewhere else. Trust me. more
