It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

Stay away from this service 11/3/2014

The mechanics switched my tires twice, and they did not have to do any work on them, both times my cars where there for a recall, second time I marked the tires with nail polish and anyway they got along with a brand new tire, when complained about it the manager in charge could care less about what the mechanics did to my car, not even offer any apologies, I will never put a foot wat this dealership, rather to drive more miles to go to another one, and every time I went to this dealership service department I did not get any good experience, will not recommend this place to anyone. more

They were untruthful 11/2/2014

I was being charged a new engine after a poor diagnostic of my car that took 5 days to to inspect. After a second opinion I never needed my engine replaced. I had my drain plug left loose at a Midas, I assume they thought Midas was paying the bill and they went all out ! Bad diagnostic. more

I am Phyllis's husband. I drove the car down for servicing Saturday because of the help of Steve Weinstein. I was impressed with Vince, a service manager, who took care of me the moment I arrived at your service area. Grease, oil, filter,fixed the recall, washed the car...all done in one hour. Couldn't ask for anything better. That's the way to keep customers and add new ones. more

My 2013 Sonata's bluelink navigation system has not worked since purchase date. Have brought vehicle back for repair 10 times. Still NOT working!!!!!! more
