It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

I usually go to Lehman Hyundai, but I discovered this dealership is closer to me. Gare Tripp was amazing, he offered excellent customer service which can be difficult to find at many dealerships. more

May 22, 2014 Pid a Cleaning kit 290.00 and part of the kit still in the car new and sell. How rotate tires with out the lock? with 26449 miles I need new tires? Recommend this business to a friend? I am nor sure people is nice, but I don't know if the do all the job they promise. more

I took my car for the first service and oil change. The dealership is very professional and the car was taken care of in a timely fashion! I didn't even have an appointment! I'm very happy with this dealership, this is the fourth car my husband and I have purchased here! I highly recommend them! more

He is rude and mistreated us. I witnessed him speaking to one of the mechanics very poorly. His attitude is horrible and he treats people poorly. I am going to try Rick Case Hyundai next time because of Mario. more

ROUTINE OIL SERVICE 11/18/2014

The overall experience was great. I received my car back with grease marks all over the hood. The mechanics should make sure they clean the surface of the areas they touch, it's only fair. Lastly, the next service appointment sticker didn't belong to my car. The sticker said they next service 9762 and my car has over 37K miles. That makes me wonder if my car recevied the service of another vehicle. more

Tries to charge you fees they're not entitled to 11/16/2014

I wouldn't lease another car from any Hyundai dealership. Even though the contract says no fees if you buy the car, the dealership wants $900 in fees to "inspect" the car. Total crap. Will never buy or lease another Hyundai. Caveat emptor. more
