It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

Service was fast... 3/18/2015

I took my Elantra for check in for a "weird" sound, I was told that maybe take about one hour to complete check and repair, was done faster and under warranty.... Thank You... more

Tom was the one who took care of me. He couldn't have been nicer. He was pleasant and friendly. He also explained exactly what was going to be done with me car. He kept me abreast of the time that the car would be ready. more

service dept. needs improvement 2/26/2015

Spend almost 2 hrs for oil change tire rotation. Advisor seemed not to know what he was doing. My car sat for well over 20 minutes after service was done until I got up from waiting room to make sure that was my car I was looking at. Yep it was mine. Service advisors did not have an answer as he grabbed my keys off his desk. Plus he was more concerned about me giving him all 10 on the survey I was going to get So he would get promos and raises. I said if you did your job right you have nothing to worry about. He said he did.I said..really?? Enough said. more

Service advisor Tom was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and understsnding for someone who has a disability. Tom was quick to greet me at my appointment. Tom checked my car and made some recommendations for the next car checkup. After I checked out, Tom saw that I was walking with a cane and pulled my car up to the service area. I appreciated that accomodation with my car repaired quickly and returned cleaner than was dropped off:) more

Bob, the service guy said it would take over an hour, it took about 30 mins, the fee for the service at another place was 89.00 my bill here for the same service was 45.00. Sweet more

Mario the Service Advisor 2/23/2015

I really liked this dealership. I had a great experience purchasing my car last year and first maintenance was EXCELLENT with Mark. Last week, I went for a maintenance Mario comes out and I honestly felt rushed with this questions. I had other issues to bring up, but seem like he was trying to meet some quota. I never sat and discussed any concerns with; just to go and wait. Fortunately, I was waiting outside to see when they brought the car around to know where it was parked, because he came out of his office sometime after my vehicle was returned and simply said to take the paper to the cashier. NEVER AGAIN! I will wait for Mark next time, he really knows how what customer service is. more
