It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

Courteous Staff 4/14/2015

We brought in our 2013 Elantra for a regular oil check. The staff was extremely courteous, fast, and knowledgeable. They fixed a check engine light and washed the car at the end. Gave us a loaner while the car was being repaired between Wednesday and Friday. more

I keep coming back to service both of my vehicles at this venue. Service is excellent, timely, and efficient. My service adviser is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, and extremely efficient and accommodating. he is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to this dealer. In sum, this is a great place to service my vehicles and will not trade it for anything. more

Scheduled maintenance went well but minor details were skipped (Complimentary Car wash never took place, inside vacuum was done but very light). more

A review can't be forced or asked, specially when a promise 1 hour wait is transformed to 2 1/2 hrs for... a new battery!! Please keep in mind that the customer have the right to express his/her experience without prejudices and not to be told to make a 5 stars review when is not!! more

Great Customer Service 4/7/2015

Came there before Easter weekend, service area was very busy. Oil change would have taken hours due to the amount of cars in front of me. Charles Payne was excellent and offered to give me a ride home to wait it out since I had my son with me, very thoughtful. Both drivers where courteous. more

The people at this dealership, at least the two service advisors i deal with, that being Carl and Mario really care about me. They treat me with respect and know i work on a tight budget. I'm a senior citizen and really appreciate their kindness. more
