It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

After a Bad Service Experience at Rick case, I decided to try Coconut Creek Hyundai. From the moment I drove in until the time I left, the Service Experience was Excellent. The Service Area was calm, the people were great and the car was finished in about an hour, even without an appointment! more

Made up for the last time 7/2/2015

This recent visit for service to my Tuscon went much smoother and in a more timely fashion than my last visit. I was greeted within seconds of arriving and scheduled for maintenance and oil change right away. My car was ready within 15 minutes of the time they estimated to me. more

Mario was my advisor this time. He got me in and out on time, talked with me about my concerns, and after the techs did the maintenance that I scheduled, spoke with me about what the techs did to address my additional concerns. more
