It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

Routine Service 7/21/2015

I arrived @ 8AM without an appointment. I feel no appointment should be necessary for an oil change anyway. However, no one made a big deal about it. I said just call me when it was completed and they called sooner than I expected. The staff was pleasant and courteous to deal with. more

They have a great customer care service department. You make an appointment and they follow through with what needs to be done. Very couteous customer service advisors like Neil, and Bryan who meet you and start the work order process. Coconut Creek Hyundai is the best! more

Not happy with Service 7/6/2015

Brought my car in for window repair and asked them not to do anything until I spoke with insurance company - they went ahead and started working on it before window arrived and against me telling them to hold off until they heard from me - now they want to bill me for services. I bought 1 car, and leased another car from your location. I will not come back for another car. Very unhappy more
