It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

I didn't give them 5 stars because while I love the dealership, the service line for the weekend was crazy and I felt like they were just too busy trying to get cars out that they missed some things. BUT....I love dealing with them and I have more of an issue with their procedures than their service. I think if they offered after-work hours a couple of days, it would alleviate the craziness on the weekends. more

Service writer was great! He works hard to please his customers. Lounge is just OK. This is the only dealership in my experience that while waiting, if you want a cup of coffee, you have to pay a vending machine. Very tacky. I spent 50K for a Genesis and they can't offer a waiting customer a drink or a coffee. more

People like Bo Baldwin and Mike Aiello I could have gone to Rick Case Hyundai which is less than 5 Miles from my house. The truth is because of those above mentioned people I am willing to drive the extra 30 plus miles. So it just goes to show how far people will go for good service even when there is Amore convenient option available. As long as those guys work there I will keep going back to that dealership. more
