It has been 11 months since we took delivery of our 2015 Santa Fe Sport "ultimate" from they day we took it home till now the dealer has not been able to get the rear hatch system...

Went in for my first oil change for a brand new car I leased at Coconut Creek Hyundai with a scheduled appt. I was there for 2 hours for a basic oil change. And after the ridiculous wait, my fluids were not refilled and I gave up on other services because of additional wait times. A car wash was going to take an additional 1 hr. They intentionally overschedule their service to guarantee their money but in disregard for customers' valuable time. more

I was not treated very nicely by your representative Mario Feliciano, he must have been having a bad day and threw it off on me. As a customer I was very shocked. I arrived early 6:40am and sat in my car as it was cold only to see a car pull up behind me Mario went to the man took his keys - I got out of my car and he said he did not see me in the car but continued to walk with the man to his office I asked when about me I was here first and he shouted something... I stood by my car and about 10 mins later they both came out of his office... he walked toward me and asked if I had an appointment I said yes with Neil he said he was glad about that in a not too nice manner and I said so am I. He was rude and arrogant... was it because I was a woman or something else... this is not acceptable, even to talk to a customer politely makes a difference. more

Coffee should not cost any money 3/30/2015

Lou Bachrodt has free coffee, tea andDunkin Donuts.I think Hyuandai can treat customers to free coffee and tea. And do you know when you go to some Toyota service and have to wait a number of hours they serve you sandwiches soda free and hit beverages. Don't be cheap!!!!!!! more

Rotate My Tires Too, Please 3/27/2015

Went in for a routine oil change, and also asked to have my tires rotated. Service manager assured me it would be done, but when I paid the bill, the tire rotation was not included. When I inquired about this, I was told it must have been forgotten to be put on the service form. Anyway, I have never had problems in the past, so I'm hoping that was just a one time thing. more

I purchased my Santa Fe at Coconut Creek Hyundai and have always had it serviced there. Their mechanics are the best and each time I leave the shop my SUV rides like new. I only wish I had found them years ago. more
