Stepping Stone School-Round Rock/Grimes

My daughter has been going to stepping stone since they opened. Now my son is going. They have the best staff I have ever seen. my daughter LOVES Ms Lindsey, and she makes her feel special. I would never even consider taking my kids anywhere else!!! more

My 2 yo daughter has attened Stepping Stone XV for the past year and we have been so pleased with everything about the school. This morning she ran to get her shoes and looked at us and said "school" she was excited about starting the day. We feel like she is getting a really good balance between play time, learning time and even one on one time with her teachers. She is still young enough that we receive a written report of her activities at the end of the week and I love reading the little notes that her teachers write. The facility is well set up and very nice and the entire staff seems to be friendly, not just her teachers that we see daily. From the office staff to the sweet lady that prepares the children's meals, we are always greeted with a smile and almost always by our names. How they remember us all I can't say, but I love that personal touch. We highly recommend Stepping Stone and will continue to do so. Pros: Great Teachers, Good Communication, Beautiful Facility more

My son has attended this Stepping Stone since it opened. My daughter is also now attending. I can tell how happy and comfortable my children are with their teachers. The classrooms are set up very nicely with different learning centers and there is a good mix of learning and play time. I am confident that when I leave my children in their care that they are being well cared for and loved. I recommend Stepping Stone to all of my friends. I wouldn't have my kids anywhere else! The staff is friendly and caring. Administrators are always available and willing to help with anything great or small. It is comforting to drop my children off to a smiling teacher who gives me the feeling she really wants to be there and likes her job then at the end of the day she is still smiling! Takes a special person...and yal found more than just one, Emily, Tonia, Sherida, Teri, Dolores the list goes on and on. I have just recently been informed that our tuition will now include a music program from Opus One. Way cool! My 17 month old son LOVES to go to school here. Every morning we get ready and he's waiting at the door to "go...mama...go". The teachers are helpful, attentive and friendly and most of all, my son loves them. They have patience beyond reason and they do an excellent job. When I drop off in the morning Ms. Rita is there with a smile on her face waiting to hug my daughter, and when she has her moments and cries I known Ms. Rita will hold her and love on her as long as she needs it. At the end of our first year, my daughter knew all of her letters and the sounds they make. I know she is ready for kindergarden!! My children have been attending this location since it opened in October of '07. Each teacher we have encountered has been nothing but kind and loving to my children. It is so comforting to know my children are being well taken care of. Curriculum is an added benefit! My son comes home and amazes me daily with what he has been learning.
