Everyone is very nice and has never kept me waiting. My only recommendation is to WARM the gel put on before the laser. It would be easy to do and would make a painful procedure much more comfortable Management Response: Thank you for your review and suggestion. Our #1 focus is providing the very best efficacy, safety, and customer service to our clients. The reason the gel has to stay cool is based on medical reasoning as we need to keep the skin as cool as possible during the laser treatment. Otherwise, the skin could become too warm and a possible adverse reaction could occur. Warming the gel would eliminate the protective benefit that the cold gel provides. And, as you remember, although the gel does feel cold when applied, that sensation only lasts a few seconds after application. If you found the treatment to be too painful we do offer solutions to make it a lot more comfortable as everyone is different when it comes to their experience with laser hair removal treatments. We offer a 4% as well as a 6% topical Lidocaine that helps desensitize the skin to treatment. I was very reluctant to do something like this for myself, but was the best decision I have made in a long time. The pixel has made a big difference in my skin tone and tightening of the skin. When I look in the mirror it makes me feel good. I purchased a package and can't wait to see the end result. Everyone is very nice and I look forward to my appointments. more

I heve been going to sona for about 2 yrs everytime i go i find so many wonderful thing sona can do to may you feel like a new person. They have give me so much confidence in myself that i really can't beleive i am the same person. I was always so down on myself because i didn't have any i guess you might say i had no confidence in myself to think anyone would ever think of me as beautiful. I have been on the diet plan 11 weeks and has lost 22 lbs. I love the people at Sona they are so friendly and up lifting. I have struggled with my weight for many years. When I hit my 50 Birthday, I knew that I had to something. I was already going to Sona for Pixel and ALT resurfacing (A gift to myself after my divorce). It was not easy for me to come up with the money to start the weight lose program. I am a Deputy Sheriff and have many obligations. I am also single and do not have the advantage of a second income. I made the choice for my health. I weight 185 lbs and was wearing a size 14. I had no energy and no motivation. Sona gave me what I needed to get me on track. Laurel was very supportive and helped me to figure out my diet plan. I saw results ever week. I have lost 22 and wear a size 8.It was worth every pennie I have spent. When I first went to Sona my energy level was very low, my self-esteem even lower and my weight was the most it had ever been. On my first visit I met with Marcia. She was upbeat and very positive. As I was sharing my concerns with her she absorbed what I said and never pushed me into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. After I signed onto the weight loss program, I met with Laurel, the Lifestyle Educator. Laurel has been a God-send to me. She has truly helped educate me about my eating habits and my lifestyle. Maya, Sandy and Jenna have always been very positive and encouraging when I would see them for my shots. After having lost some of my weight I scheduled an Accent treatment and Rhonda was extremely knowledgeable. I have only worked with Rhonda one time so far but am comfortable to know if she is the one to do additional treatments on me I will be in competent, gentle hands. I would also be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Brandy and Johanna at the front desk. Those two young ladies are always pleasant and make you feel as though you are the most important person to walk through the door. Whenever anyone asks about my looks and my weight loss I am eager to share my information. more

I have a small tattoo that I was wanting to get removed. I was at another company getting the treatments, but I decided to look around because it was very costly where I was once getting the treatments. I contacted Sona Med Spa in Greensboro and spoke with a very nice lady. I told her what was going on and she told me about the specials. I was able to get 3 treatments for the price I was paying for one. I was ecstatic. The first 2 treatments were awesome and I saw great results. However, I just went in for my third visit (i purchased 3 because that was the special) and I was notified that they were no longer doing tattoo removal therefore that would be my last time. Of course they referred me to other places and the first referrel was the place that they talked me into leaving in the first place. They just say goodbye and nothing else. I felt as if they didn't finish there job and they weren't really professional about it. They should have let me and whoever else finish our treatments and then stop the service. Not stop the service while they are in the middle of treatments. By the way, whoever has had tattoo removal done knows that it's not cheap! more

I've had the BEST experience at Sona MedSpa in Greensboro. Not only is the whole staff knowledgeable, but they are warm and inviting, making me feel totally at ease. I walked in feeling super self conscious of my skin, not knowing what I was going to be told. (10+ yrs of tanning beds & laying out in the sun has REALLY damaged my skin.) My consultant made me feel so good about myself and the choices I had made with my skin care. Upon a very thorough skin consultation, I decided to purchase Sona's Skin Resurfacing 360 package that included AFT, PIXEL and ACCENT. (Getting ready for best friend's wedding) BEST MONEY EVER SPENT! I'm 38 years old, I swear I don't look a day over 27! :) I feel so confident in Sona, I will definitely be returning for more services! more
