EXCELLENT JOB! 8/12/2021

We are very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning as performed today by Edgar G and Brian. They went on the roof to clean the exhaust fixture and went behind the dryer to fully clean the interior line. They also discovered an vent installation defect, cut away the sheetrock to correct it, then sealed it all off with foil tape at no extra charge. We’ve already put Sears on the calendar for August 2022 and hope also to be reminded by the company. We could not be happier! Thanks for a job very well done!! more

No Full Disclosure 5/16/2021

I was not informed of the cancellation fee when making the duct cleaning appointment. After the tech came and we discussed the work to be performed and we decided that the actual work would be much more than the estimate provided. I was told that I now have to pay a $59.53 (w/tax) cancellation fee. This was a total surprise to me... Wish I had known this while making the appointment... End of the day, I paid $59.53 for someone to come by and give me an actual estimate. There are many vendors who give free estimates. This is the 2nd time I have used Sears and this is going to be my last time I will be using this vendor. more

do not use 4/15/2021

I called other companies and they wanted to charge $600 to clean the vents/ducts but Sears price was under $500. Well.... you get what you pay for. In my opinion the only thing the tech did was to remove my vents and clean them. They were in and out within less than 1 hour and I continued too see a lot of dust all over. Do not use.. spend the money and go with a company that will actually clean the ducts more

James J. Did a great job cleaning my carpet!!! James did a pre-check asking about all problem areas that needed special attention. He was confident in his work. After he cleaned each room, he encouraged me to check them and asked if I was satisfied. He even gave suggestions for quick drying. I loved James’ customer service and will request him by name next time I get my carpet cleaned. more

Air duct and dryer vent cleaning 2/11/2021

Gino and his associate (JD) called then arrived a short time later. They went right to work and got everything done in a little over an hour and a half. They did a good job of cleaning up after they finished working. The bill was the same as the estimate which I got over the phone a few days before the actual work was done. No hidden fees or unexpected charges. Good experience. Would use them again. more

Immanuel & Brent both came professionally dressed with masks on as they entered our home. They asked for a walkthrough prior to cleaning to see what areas needed to be cleaned. Because it's been a couple of years since I've had the carpet cleaned; Immanuel suggested deodorizing the carpet as well. more

Craig and J. D. arrived professional dressed and ready to work. Everything that needed to be done was explained prior to being serviced. I was also informed that my UV lights needed to be changed. Craig advised me as to how often the air ducts & dryer vent needed to be cleaned. Excellent work guys! more
